Free Prototype Assembly:

For a limited time, MII is offering free assembly prototyping for smt, thru-hole, or mixed technology. It’s really simple. For new customers to take advantage of this limited offer, you must meet the following prerequisites.

Circuit board size must be less than or equal to 8 inches wide and 8 inches long.
Surface mount components on only one side of the circuit board.
Maximum SMT component count is 500 pieces or 5 boards, whichever comes first.
0603 is the smallest passive component.
No BGA's components allowed.

Customer will provide supporting documentation needed for assembly. Customer will also provide blank PCB's and required components. SMT components must be packaged in tubes, trays, tapes. We will not be able to mount components that are provided in zip bags, in loose form.

As an extension of this limited time offer, MII can also provide all components and or printed circuit boards from your Gerber files and BOM’s. We will provide quotation for the required materials and assemble your prototype assemblies for FREE, you only pay for the materials.
